Generally, high temperature filtration is defined as filtration above an operational temperature of 260°C. Hot Gas Ceramic Filter Elements are resistant up to 1100°C also in a corrosive atmosphere. Dedusting at high temperatures can offer many advantages such as: • Separation of dust • Protection of downstream installations (heat exchangers, catalytic converters etc.) • Using thermal energy of the exhaust gas • No repeated exhaust gas heating • Increasing plant efficiency • No condensation |
